Day 3 was probably the most scenic stage of the tour. We started off with a 1 1/2 hour ferry ride across the Long Island Sound to Orient Point. From there it was 60 miles of panoramic vineyards and breathtaking farmlands. We got to Smithtown pretty late and were worried we wouldn't find any food but as the pictures show we had a major feast!
Bike, Beer, BBQ; always a good combination!
Enjoy the snaps!

Chargoggagoggmanchauggagoggchaubunagungamaugg! (yes that's a real word)
Day 2 was all about one thing: Endurance. This was the longest stage of the tour with about 70 miles of epic riding but I absolutely loved every part of it, from the beautiful towns we passed by to the gorgeous scenery we rode through. Connecticut is absolutely beautiful and I would definitely recommend biking through the Constitution state if you ever find yourself in a bike tour. We basically rode the whole of Connecticut from the MA-CT border to the port city of New London. It was a long ride but it was definitely worth it. Next stop: The Empire State!
